Nicole and I took a trip to the pumpkin patch this weekend. J.C. brought the squash from home.  

This is our biggest pumpkin before it rotted. You can count us out of the pumkin contest :-(  

I enjoy watching the butterflies as well. 

The potatoes produced well this year. And our new potato fork worked great!!

We get to watch this Yellow Finch enjoy his supper while we eat ours. 

I tried to be like my mother and take a bee picture. Her shot is much better. 

Here it is before the wind blew the Sunflower over. 

We had a pumpkin vine up a sunflower stalk and start to grow.

Growing garden. 

I found this old watering can in the garage and decided to spruce it up. 

I love butterflies. These are the best kind because they will never fly away. 

My cousin Paul gave me these butterflies for my garden. He got them in Mexico.

Garden season begins! We were finally able to get into the garden on Thursday. Now we wait and watch the vegetable sprout.

We planted three varieties of potatoes. 

Amy was a big help. 

We planted potatoes, snow peas, onions and lettuce. 

J.C. came over yesterday to till and plant some of the garden. 

What a strange site. Tulips coming up through the snow.  

I had some big drifts

Its too early for my flowers :-( 

The weather has tricked my tulips. 

I can taste the tomatoes already!!! 

Days of 50 degree weather make me want to work outside.
